Here are a few FAQ’s regarding Social Distancing and Safety during these uncertain time that we are able to provide.
Hershey Park will be operating under state and local guidelines for crowd capacity limits. The park has established attendance caps that will be well below the park’s theoretical capacity to allow for proper social distancing.
While traveling on a Luxury Motor Coach, each passenger will be screen by a touchless Thermal reading thermometer screening prior to entering the Motor coach. Each person will be provided 2 facial masks as well as individual hand sanitizer for per disinfected use. The entire Motor Coach will be completely wipe & sterilized prior to arriving on site for loading and again prior to departure from the park.
Contact-less IR thermal imaging will be used to screen temperatures of guests and employees prior to entry; and individuals will be asked if they are healthy and will be required to acknowledge the company’s health policies.
All guests over the age of two and all team members will be required to wear face masks covering the nose and mouth throughout their visit/workday. Accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis for persons with disabilities, health concerns, religious restrictions, or other circumstances that in Hershey Parks discretion warrant a modification of this face mask requirement.
If some reason you do not take a mask provided by Royal Chancellor Entertainment, you will be able to purchase one at the front gate of the park.
All Rides & Amenities will be constantly wipe down by staff to ensure sanitation condition are met.
Hershey Park has added mobile food ordering to park app Guests can make their custom orders on the app. And much like modern fast food apps, they can notify the restaurant when they arrive so that the order can be prepared fresh and delivered without having to wait in a long line to place the order. Modified menus and implementation of mobile food ordering will help facilitate touchless transactions. Self-service buffets and salad bars will be reconfigured to eliminate guest contact with food; Expanded mobile food ordering. Condiments, self-serve cutlery, and napkins will be provided to guests with their meals as required; and Beverages will be served by attendants, and guests will receive any drink bottle refills in a paper cup each time they refill.
